On September 16, 2022, we launched our Tinder-like mobile app as an experiment, and within 24 hours, we achieved over 8,000 downloads and tens of thousands of swipes, showing that people enjoyed our innovative approach to job searching. In December 2022, we won Georgia's largest innovation grants program, securing a $60K grant investment, underlining our global potential as an early-stage startup.
The swiping experience we introduced to the job market quickly gained popularity, leading us to exceed 100,000 app downloads and reach the Top 3 charts in the App Store. Additionally, we became a portfolio company of 500 Global in Eurasia and presented Awork at WebSummit Lisbon under the topic 'The Future of Work.
We launched our new product, Awork Flow, an Applicant Tracking System tailored for the hospitality and service industries. In just 1.5 years, we have become the largest job ecosystem in Georgia and are now setting our sights on Central Asia, with plans to enter the Uzbekistan market by the end of 2024.
